The prices are indicated per room per night, including hotel service charges and tax.
Prices are given in accordance with the hotel's rack rates and can be changed in connection with hotel rates growth.
Check in/check out time  12:00/12:00.
If you would like to stay in the hotel during some hours after check out time the  price of  half  night stay in the hotel should be extra paid.

To make reservation a double room the major person should make the reservation in his/her name and mention the name of his/her companion in the "Comments" box.
The companion should get registered and fill in the visa support application page. Both of the  person will be able to get visa support invitation only when the major person makes the hotel payment.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of the Hotel Booking  should be made in written form only and forwarded to  Monomax Meetings & Incentives by e-mail: atypi@onlinereg.ru   or by fax +7 (812) 335 20 39.
For cancellations received before August 16, 2008 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).

In case of cancellation received after August 16, 2008 the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged out of the amount of your payment. The rest amount of payment will be reimbursed.

In case of cancellation received later than 3 days before the planned date of arrival, the cost of first three nights and the amount of banking costs will be charged out of the amount of your payment. The rest of payment will be reimbursed

All refunds will be preceded after the conference.
