The Registration fee for the participants and students from Saint Petersburg, Russia includes access to Workshop sessions, conference kit, workshop excursion, coffee-breaks, welcome-reception and banquet.

The date of registration will be understood as the date of the registration fee payment !

Registration for the Workshop as well as hotel accommodation reservation, other services order and payments for the Workshop services should be done ON-LINE.

Please pay your attention that it is possible to make the Workshop services order step by step (not at the same time). It means that you can book hotel accommodation, transfer, excursion and other services at any time convenient for you, but not later than deadline.

The registration of the accompanying person should be done on-line separately from the major participant registration. Registration fee should be paid for accompanying person(s). Other Workshop services (hotel accommodation, transfers, cultural program) should be ordered by the major participant.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Cancellations received by February 19, 2009 - 100% will be refunded except for bank charges.
Cancellations received by March 19, 2009 - 50% will be refunded except for bank charges.
Cancellations received on or after March 19, 2009 - No refund.
