Transportation service
All participants who needs a transportation service are kindly asked to specify flights details in Arrival/Depature Transfer Section of the personal page (on-line registration, for enter use your login and password) as soon as possible.
To book a transfer please visit corresponding section of On-line registration page. There are two types of transportation (see in drop list):
Group arrival and departure transfer service is free for participants of the IWWWFB 2009 and includes:
Pick up time will be declared as soon as all flights details will be collected. Please, specify your flights details as soon as possible. Please, leave you flight details (flight number, arrival/departure date/time) in comment field of your personal page or send it to e-mail IWWWFB@onlinereg.ru

All prices are given in RUR per car one way.
Individual transfer includes:

the car will meet you at your specified time of arrival
We offer western type sedan cars. In case you travel with your family/friends/colleagues and you need additional places for them or large-sized luggage we also offer minivans and minibuses.
When an arrival transfer is ordered please look for our representative holding the sign with the name of the Workshop in the arrival zone of the airport (or near the train).
