After the registration for the International Summer School-Conference "Advanced Problems in Mechanics-2010" on the web-site http://apm-conf.spb.ru/ please register on this web-site on-line. You will receive your login and password for your booking and payments for the hotel accommodation, registration fee and other services.

Please pay your attention that it is possible to make the services order step by step (means not at the same time).

The registration of the accompanying person should be done on-line separately from the major participant. Payment of the registration fee of accompanying person should be done. Other  services (hotel accommodation, transfers, cultural program) should be ordered by the major participant.

The reduced conference fee for participants having permanent position in NIS countries partially covers the postage, book of abstracts, proceedings of the conference and welcome reception.
Registration fee covers: book of Abstracts, proceedings of the conference, participation in all the scientific sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet, excursion.
Registration fee for foreign accompanying persons covers: the invitation costs, postage, and social program.

Registration fee should be forwarded to Monomax Congresses and Incentives. Registration fee payments should be made in advance during the on-line registration process.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellations received by April 27, 2010 - 100% will be refunded except for bank charges.
Cancellations received from April 28 till May 27, 2010 - 50% of total will be refunded except for bank charges.
Cancellations received on May 28, 2010 and later - no refund.

If the participant would like to cancel his attendance the notify letter as well as the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be send to Monomax Congresses and Incentives in written form only by e-mail:  apm2010@onlinereg.ru.
