The hotel accommodation for the participants of APM 2010 will be offered at Baltiets hotel.
It is located in Repino within St. Petersburg's Kurortny District, 40 km far from St. Petersburg.

You can reach hotel when going from St. Petersburg by your own:
1) from metro station "Finliandskiy vokzal - Ploschad' Lenina", by minibus K-400 (ask to stop near "Baltiets");
2) from metro station "Finliandskiy vokzal - Ploschad' Lenina", by train to Repino (directions Zelenogorsk, Vyborg), then 20 minutes walk in the direction of the Gulf of Finland beach;
3) from metro station "Staraya derevnia" by minibus N 305;
4) from metro station "Chernaya Rechka" by bus 211 (get off near "Zarya" hotel);
5) by car (when you reach Repino, turn to the right near the sign "Baltiets"). |

The Conference Secretariat ensures the hotel accommodation only if you provide the information on this web site (Hotel Reservation) until May 27, 2010. If the information is given after this date the Conference Secretariat has the right to alter reservations in case the preferable hotel is no longer available.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The period of guaranteed reservation is June 28 - July 06, 2010.
- The whole period of your stay in the hotel should be fully paid in advance before June 19, 2010 in order to guarantee accommodation.
- First night prepayment for the hotel accommodation should be transmited to Conference Service Agency Monomax Meetings & Incentives via Conference on-line registration before May 27, 2010.
- The hotel reservation will be confirmed ONLY after receiving the first night prepayment.
- Prices are valid on May 01, 2010 and can be changed in case of the hotel rack rates raise.

To make your hotel reservation and prepayment you should first register on the Conference web site (on-line registration). Enter on-line registration using your login and password, click "Hotel Accommodation" make your choice and fill in necessary registration fields.

CANCELLATION
Information about the hotel accommodation cancellation should be made in written form only and forwarded to the Conference Service Agency Monomax Meetings & Incentives by e-mail: apm2010@onlinereg.ru or by fax +7 (812) 335 20 39.
For cancellations received before and on June 19, 2010 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).
If cancellation is made from June 20, 2010 till your check-in, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be kept back. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed.
For cancellation received after your check-in - no refund!
