Registration for the AMAP workshop on the use of climate model projections in practical applications is provided online. 
Please go to the Online Registration page, press the Start registration button and fill in all the necessary data. Personal information received from you in the process of conference registration will be not given to the third person without your agreement and will be used only for effective organization of your participation in the workshop.
After receiving your application we will immediately send you the confirmation letter with your login and password.

After receiving the confirmation letter with your login and password please go back to the Registration page and fill in login/password in the fields in section For registered users.

What to do if you forgot your login/ password?

If your personal login/password was lost, you should go back to the Registration page and push the button “Remind me login/password” in the section “Login/password reminder”. On the next page you should fill in the e-mail that you've indicated during the registration.
We will send your login/password to this e-mail.

How can I pay?

All payments (hotel accommodation, visa support or additional services) can be done separately. To return to the personal payment page to fulfill the rest of payment, the participant should use his login and password and enter the Payment information section.
We regret but we do not accept private and company checks or Euro cheques.
Step 1: Go to the Payment information section on your personal registration page. Choose the services that you want to pay for at the moment.
Step 2: Select a type of payment.
Step 3: Print a receipt (a bill). Pay the receipt.

The payments can be done in three different ways:
1. Payment via Credit card
2. Payment by Bank transfer
3. Internet payment

How can I get financial documents (receipts, Attendance certificate and invoice)

You can get the Attendance Certificate and the original invoice at the check-in desk at the Conference. Feel free to contact the Secretariat for any questions. We also can send you the documents by regular or express mail.

How to know that my payment is accepted?

We will immediately send you the confirmation that your payment is accepted by e-mail after we receive the payment.
