Excursion to the Palace of Grand Duke Vladimir

Participants of Symposium EMBS-49 have a great opportunity to explore the Palace of Grand Duke Vladimir.
Excursion will be held in English by experienced guides.

The building was made in the years 1864-1872 architect A. Rezanov. The palace was built for the Grand Duke Vladimir, son of the
Emperor Alexander II and brother of the Emperor Alexander III, near to the Hermitage complex of buildings, which was the imperial residence.
The front rooms of the palace do not have a unified stylistic. Here you can see the Renaissance, Rococo, Moorish style, etc.
During the tour you will see the ceremonial palace interiors: Malinovuy living room, Oak cabinet , White or Ball hall and Cabinet of Grand Duke Vladimir
