Registration fee includes:

If the participant would like to cancel his attendance at Conference the notification letter together with the request for the reimbursement of the organization fee should be sent to the Conference Secretariat in written form only by fax to +7-812-3352039 or by e-mail: QCDat@LHC@onlinereg.ru
In case of cancellation of organization received before August 8, 2014 the reimbursement of the 100% of total fee, less banking costs will be made to the participant.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after August 8, 2014
All refunds will be made within 2 weeks after the Conference has been finished.
All services for the Conference are provided on-line. Together with organization fee for the Conference, you may book and pay hotel and additional social events. Please note that you have to book a hotel in order to obtain the visa invitation from Monomax.
Please pay your attention that it is possible to make the Conference services orders one after another (not at once). After being registered you receive by mail your personal login and password, using which you can return to your registration page any time.
Registration of accompanying person should be done on-line separately from the major participant registration.
Registration fee should be paid for accompanying person(s).
Other Conference services (hotel accommodation, transfers, social program) can be ordered by the major participant.
