1) Registration and payments

How can I become a participant?
 

Registration for the Workshop will be provided online.
You have to go to the Online registration page. Please press the Registration button and fill in all the necessary online forms. Personal information that you provide in the process of registration will be not given to a third party without your agreement and will be used only for efficient organization of your participation in the Workshop.
After receiving your application we will immediately send you the confirmation letter with your login and password for your Personal area.

How to get to my registration page?
 

After receiving the confirmation letter with your login and password please go back to the Online registration page and enter your login and password in the section Personal area.

What to do if you forgot your login/password?
 

If your personal login/password was lost, please go back to the Online registration page and proceed to the section Login/password reminder. Your login and password will be sent to your email.

How can I pay?
 

All payments (hotel accommodation, visa support, additional services) can be made separately or at the same time. Please enter the section "Orders and payments".
We do not accept private and company checks or Euro cheques.
Step 1: Go to the section "Orders and payments" in your Personal area. Choose the services that you want to pay for at the moment.
Step 2: Select a type of payment.
Step 3: Fill in your credit card information or print a bill.

Types of payment
 

The payments can be made in three different ways:
1. via Credit card
2. by Bank transfer
3. Internet payment

How can I get receipts, certificate of attendance etc?
 

You can get the original invoice at the registration desk at the Workshop venue. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

How to know that my payment is accepted?
 

We will immediately send you by email the confirmation that your payment is received.

How can book a hotel room or other additional services?
 

Hotel accommodation, cultural program, visa support can be ordered in your Personal area. You need to select the appropriate option, method of payment, print out and pay the bill.

How can I obtain a visa?
 

Workshop Service Agency provides participants with visa support papers. Rustour LLC has a reference number in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Visa support documents are issued based on a personal information submitted by each participant during registration (Visa Support section). Rustour LLC provides visa support papers ONLY after receiving hotel accommodation pre-payment or hotel confirmation booked on your own.

How can I cancel my registration?
 

If you wish to cancel your attendance to the workshop, the notification email together with the request for reimbursement of the registration fee should be sent to atw-2017@onlinereg.ru
Refunds are made within 2 weeks after the Workshop.

Where is the Workshop held and how can I get there?
 

You are welcome to find detailed information about the Workshop venue at the Main page in the left menu.

What is the procedure of registration at the Workshop?
 

After you arrive to the venue please come to the registration desk to get a badge that you should wear at the Workshop as it serves as your pass to the Workshop events.
When registered, you get the participantís kit which includes a detailed Workshop program, a notebook, a pen and information materials.
