Registration fee

To attend the conference, you need to register online.

Early bird registration for the conference ends August 31, 2018. All registrations received and/or paid later will be considered as late, with application of the late registration fee.
Online payments are provided till October 2, 2018. Payments after October 2, 2018 are accepted onsite only and will be considered as application onsite registration fee. 

For all participants, including those who had registered but have not paid the registration fee by August 31, the amount to be paid will be equivalent to the actual fee for his/her participant category actual on the date of money transfer/payment.

Full registration fee for regular delegates (*) includes:
- admission to all sessions;
- participant folder;
- possibility to present oral or poster presentation;
- abstract book;
- coffee breaks;
- lunch meals during conference days;
- welcome reception;
- conference dinner.

Reduced registration fees (**) do not include conference dinner. Conference dinner can be purchased in advance for 50 EUR.

For the invited keynote lectors Organizing Committee covers costs of the airplane tickets, hotel accommodation during the meeting, conference dinner and visa support. Travel and accommodation for keynote lectors will be arranged by the Organizing Committee in agreement with the lectors and purchased centrally; costs of transportation and/or hotel made by the lectors in person will not be refunded. Visa costs, costs of local transportation and insurance will not be met. Registration fee is set by the Organizing Committee in agreement with the lector.

Cancellation terms:
For cancellations received before and on September 5, 2018 the registration fee will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).
For cancellations received from September 6, 2018 till September 20, 2018 50% of the registration fee will be deducted, the rest of the payment will be refunded (minus banking costs).
For cancellations received on September 21, 2018 and later no refund will be provided.
All cancellations are accepted only in writing.
All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the conference.

Excursions can be organized at extra cost.
